Healthcare IT Recruiter (Onsite | San Diego, CA)

Superlanet is growing and looking for a motivated Healthcare IT Recruiter to join our team in San Diego! This is an onsite position offering hands-on training, career growth, and the opportunity to build a long-term career within a fast-growing healthcare IT staffing firm. We're seeking someone who is proactive, resourceful, eager to learn, and excited to take on new challenges while developing expertise in recruiting, client service, and healthcare technology.


What You'll Do

  • Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Healthcare IT talent
  • Develop relationships with candidates and industry professionals
  • Partner with the team to support client hiring needs
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through placement
  • Meet weekly and monthly activity goals related to sourcing, outreach, candidate screenings, and placements
