Job description

We are searching for an Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist join our growing team here at GQR. Recruiters who love to recruit Recruiters!!!


This position is Hybrid out of our Chelesa office in NYC


The Opportunity:

To play a key role in GQR's TA function by attracting, engaging & hiring top talent into the Global business, with a primary focus on our Life Science division. You will be working closely with leadership and our Directors to optimize the process of recruiting into the company.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in a Talent Acquisition function, ideally within a global Life Science/STEM recruitment or staffing agency
  • Experience working in highly targeted fast-paced environments, ideally within a fast growth staffing and or start-up organization
  • Comfortable working in anoutcomes-focused, high-performance environment
  • Strong understanding of internal and external marketing, brand augmentation, and advertising strategies
  • Create and post job description
  • In-depth interviewing, getting know the person behind the resume
  • Improve team and brand awareness both internally and externally
