We find exceptional talent for our clients every day. Now we need someone to do it for us.


Eleven Recruiting is hiring an internal recruiter to build our bench. You'll own the full recruiting cycle for two critical roles: Technical Recruiters and Account Managers. This isn't a post-and-pray position. We want a hunter, someone who knows where great recruiting talent hides and how to move them.


Responsibilities

  • Source, engage, and pipeline Technical Recruiters and Account Managers across passive and active channels.
  • Own requisitions end-to-end; sourcing through offer.
  • Build and maintain a live candidate pipeline, not just a list.
  • Partner directly with leadership on role fit, hiring criteria, and offer strategy.
  • Represent Eleven's brand with precision โ€” every candidate touchpoint matters.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a staffing firm or agency.
  • Proven ability to recruit for recruiting roles or other quota-carrying, client-facing positions.
  • Strong sourcing skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, referrals, and beyond.
  • Instinct for evaluating soft skills: coachability, drive, communication.
  • Bullhorn or comparable ATS experience preferred.
  • No drama. High ownership. Genuine curiosity about people.
