Job Summary
We are seeking a Recruiting Manager to join our team! As our Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for managing the recruiting department as a whole, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff, overseeing onboarding processes, and managing the department budget. You will also implement new procedures and improve existing procedures for best recruiting and hiring practices, collaborate with other departments to determine compensation strategies, and create reports on candidates, job postings, and more. The ideal candidate is well-versed in recruiting practices, has demonstratable management experience, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
