Job Title: Recruitment Manager - US Staffing Location : McKinney, TX Duration: Full time Experience Proven track record of growing revenue by enhancing business footprint with existing client, increasing contingent labor hires, expanding into new business units / projects with the client, and managing client relationship with relevant stakeholders. Drive business growth within existing client accounts by identifying expansion opportunities, developing strategic account plans, and increasing recruitment engagement across multiple business units. Track and report key business development metrics. Proactively identify and establish relationships with new projects / hiring manager / contingent procurement personnel and other stakeholders within client organizations. Identify the opportunity and participate in Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), and staffing bid responses as a prime and as teaming partner with assigned client. Maintain a strong understanding of client business priorities, project pipelines, and workforce planning to anticipate future hiring demand. Travel regularly to client locations or as and when required. Participate in staffing industry events. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in US staffing and recruitment specifically in selling contingent labor services. Prior experience as a contingent labor recruiter with a staffing services provider is highly desirable. Analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify risks and drive data-based decisions. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and team management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses. 40 hours per week. M-F. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
