iWorld Professionals is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for our client a growing organization in Syracuse NY. This is a full-time onsite position.

Talent Acquisition Manager Position Summary:


The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment function. This highly visible role will serve as the primary driver of talent acquisition strategy, partnering closely with leadership to attract, engage, and retain top talent across a diverse range of business functions.

In addition to leading recruiting efforts, the Talent Acquisition Manager will play a key role in onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on organizational growth while helping shape a positive employee experience.


Talent Acquisition Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and pre-employment activities.
  • Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events, community partnerships, and staffing agencies.
  • Partner with department leaders and senior management to identify hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop workforce planning strategies.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting firms, staffing partners, and other talent acquisition vendors.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, industry conferences, and college recruiting programs.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Oversee onboarding programs to ensure a seamless and engaging new hire experience.
  • Coordinate new employee orientation, policy reviews, benefits enrollment, and company culture integration.
  • Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters, performance management, and workplace concerns.
  • Maintain knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance.
  • Manage confidential personnel records and HR documentation in accordance with legal and organizational requirements.


Talent Acquisition Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition and/or human resources.
  • Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and job functions.
  • Experience developing and executing creative sourcing and talent attraction strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruiting best practices, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.
