Positional Overview
The Imagine Group is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on behalf of our client, a leading healthcare organization serving Buffalo, New York, dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care across a network of hospitals, primary care practices, specialty services, and long-term care facilities. Committed to clinical excellence and community wellness, the organization combines advanced medical services with a mission-driven approach to improving the health and well-being of the communities it serves.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team and providing optimal customer service to all customers both internally and externally. The coordinator is the point person within the department and will triage calls and emails directed at the main Talent Acquisition mailboxes. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for independently assessing, researching and responding to issues, questions, investigating and resolving all level of discrepancies related to talent acquisition related program, policies and regulatory requirements. Ensuring compliance is complete for hires and transfers as well as keeping the ATS up to date for tracking and reporting is a must. Responsible for conducting a review/audit process for transfers and new hires, including a review of system information and personnel file. The coordinator will manage and process all bonuses administered by the Talent Acquisition team as well as manage, track, coordinate, and attend various events and orientation.
Role & Responsibility:

  • Provides support to the talent acquisition team
  • Responsible for HR portion of site orientation
  • Responsible for verifying the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment as well as complete manual sign offs
  • Perform compliance checks on new hires, rehires, and transfers
  • Able to successfully navigate, instruct and asses the issues tied to Lawson functionality.
  • Responsible for conducting pay reviews for associates
  • Assist with communication plans and strategies to provide site HR and TA insight or follow through on recruitment and retention initiatives
  • Coordinate site TA events
  • Assist with offer letters and agreements
  • Responsible for promoting an atmosphere that is cognizant of compliance with all state and federal laws, rules and regulations and the risk of non-compliance
  • Carry out all other duties assigned to meet the operational needs of the department.
