Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Pay: $27/hr

Talent Acquisition Coordinators play a key role in supporting daily onboarding operations by providing administrative, scheduling, and organizational support to multiple departments. This position helps ensure efficient workflows, accurate documentation, and a positive experience for employees, customers, and leadership teams.

As an Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will:

  • Provide administrative support to managers and department teams, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  • Coordinate meetings, interviews, training sessions, and conference calls, including preparation of meeting materials and agendas.
  • Maintain and update department records, databases, and reports to ensure information is accurate and current.
  • Assist with onboarding activities, including coordinating orientation schedules and preparing new hire documentation.
  • Process and track employee paperwork, timekeeping records, and other administrative documents.
  • Support communication between departments and external contacts to ensure timely follow-up on requests and action items.
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and reports using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements when required.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing and data entry.
  • Support special projects and other administrative initiatives as assigned.
  • Support New Hire Orientation

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 2+ years of administrative, office support, or coordinator experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 + experience supporting Talent Acquisition or employee onboarding.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting multiple departments or executive leadership.
  • Experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or other business management software.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, defense, engineering, or corporate environment.
