Talent Acquisition Coordinator


Construction Staffing – Bilingual (Spanish)
Phoenix, AZ
On-site, Mon–Fri 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

An established Phoenix-based concrete and construction company is looking for a bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their growing team. This is an immediate-need role with a clear path to permanent hire for the right person.
What You'll Do:

  • Screen and review inbound applicants for the company's labor and craft/construction positions, working through a backlog to staff upcoming projects
  • Coordinate the candidate pipeline in UKG by reviewing applies, scheduling and conducting screens/interviews, and advancing appropriate candidates into hiring and onboarding
  • Manage new-hire onboarding for labor employees, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and compliant start
  • Provide general, light HR support to the HR team as the applicant backlog is caught up
  • Serve as a bilingual point of contact, communicating clearly with a Spanish-speaking workforce


What We're Looking For:

  • Bilingual in Spanish (required)
  • 1–5 years of HR onboarding/support experience for blue-collar employees (required)
  • Experience sourcing and screening blue-collar applicants 
  • Construction HR or sourcing/recruiting support 
  • Comfortable working at a high volume, staying organized, and moving quickly through a pipeline
  • Willingness to learn UKG 


Contract Details:

  • Pay: $25–27/hr
  • Schedule: On-site, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
  • Type: Temporary to start, with conversion to permanent for the right person based on demonstrated onboarding and HR-support skills
