Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Position Summary

The Talent Coordinator supports the recruiting and hiring process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. This is an entry-to-support level role, ideal for someone looking to build a career in talent acquisition or human resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process (confirmations, reminders, status updates)
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Post and manage job openings on internal and external job boards
  • Assist with pre-employment steps (background checks, drug screens, offer letter prep)
  • Support new hire onboarding coordination
  • Partner with hiring managers and the recruiting team to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Assist with internal job posting processes and communications
  • Perform other administrative duties to support the Talent Acquisition and HR team

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support
