REMOTE Talent Acquisition Specialist – Aerospace & Defense

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple openings (100+ reqs shared across team)
  • Drive sourcing strategy + pipeline top-tier talent
  • Partner with hiring managers AND hold them accountable to move fast
  • Manage interviews, offers, and candidate experience end-to-end
  • Leverage Workday + sourcing tools to stay ahead of the market

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
