Remote Talent Acquisition Partner - Healthcare (Contract)
LHH is currently recruiting for a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner to support high-volume healthcare recruiting for a hospital / health system environment. This is a long-term contract opportunity supporting mission-critical clinical and healthcare roles in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting.
This role is 100% remote. Candidates may sit anywhere in the U.S. but must be able to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Eastern Time.
What You'll Do
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume healthcare and clinical roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers and operational leaders within a hospital or health system
• Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through offer and onboarding
• Work within an ATS to manage requisitions, pipelines, and candidate communication
• Consistently meet or exceed recruiting KPIs including time-to-fill, candidate volume, and hiring targets
• Navigate a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment with multiple open requisitions
Required Experience
High-volume healthcare or clinical recruiting experience within a hospital or health system
• At least 2 years of recent recruiting experience (healthcare required)
• Proven success working in a metrics-driven environment
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience recruiting clinical or patient-facing healthcare roles
• Prior contract recruiting experience a plus
Pay Details: $30.00 to $45.00 per hour
