Our client, a leading energy company, is hiring a Recruiter in Goodyear, AZ!


*This is a 12-month W2 contract with benefits! *


In this role, the candidate will support high-volume recruiting by reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and keeping candidates moving through the hiring process. They will work closely with the onsite HR and recruiting teams to support onboarding, offers, documentation, and a positive candidate experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruiting activities by reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and tracking candidates.
  • Support onboarding and offers by preparing documentation, coordinating pre-employment activities, and assisting with new hire onboarding.
  • Work closely with the onsite HR team to keep hiring activities organized and provide a positive candidate experience.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of recruiting or HR experience
  • High-volume recruiting and ATS experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
