Sustainable Talent is seeking a highly motivated Skilled Trades/Manufacturing Recruiter to support one of our valued clients through an extended contract engagement. This position plays a key role in full-cycle recruiting, skilled trades sourcing, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in high-volume recruitment with proven experience in sourcing and placing skilled trades professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruitment strategies for skilled trades roles.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Build a top-of-funnel talent pipeline by leveraging multiple sourcing channels including job boards, networking, referral programs, and outreach campaigns.
- Engage diverse and qualified candidates to support hiring initiatives across a range of skilled trade functions.
- Utilize ATS/CRM systems to track candidates, manage requisitions, and streamline workflows.
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through transparent communication and efficient processes.
- Provide regular updates and metrics reporting to hiring partners and recruitment leads.
- Use ADP systems in coordination with recruitment and onboarding workflows, as required.
- Stay informed of trends and best practices in skilled trades recruiting, sourcing strategies, and labor market conditions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume recruitment environments.
- Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting for Skilled Trades positions - required.
- Proven success in sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates in skilled labor roles.
- Proficient in ATS/CRM systems such as Eightfold, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Oracle.
- Hands-on experience using ADP in a recruiting or onboarding capacity.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Simpsonville.
Preferred Skills:
- Creative sourcing skills and experience building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition metrics and data-informed recruitment practices.
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions or supporting geographically distributed teams.
