Job description

Job Title – Recruiter (Temp)
Duration - ~4 Months - timeframe subject to change based on individual performance and business needs.
Location - 405 Lexington Avenue, New York NY
On-Site – 5 Days/week. 3 Days/Week onsite requirement as this is a Hybrid role - Generally Monday-Wednesday (subject to change based on business needs). Candidate should be available/flexible to be on-site any day if needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
  • Handle all aspects of the recruitment process: sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, offer process, and onboarding.
  • Responsible for high volume recruitment across various teams, roles, and geographic locations.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the candidate recruitment process thru Workday.
  • Very hands-on role, ability to manage all details throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers across the organization.
  • Partner with HRBPs and various HR team members on recruitment.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 5+ years of Recruiting experience.
  • Sales and/or Technical Recruiting preferred.
  • Experience with Workday preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client-focused, build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and HR Team
  • Passion for recruiting and ensuring a great candidate experience.
  • Very detail-oriented and organized.
