Hope Network is seeking a Recruiting Partner to support our Social Determinants service line and Hope Network Industries operations. This full-cycle recruiting role is responsible for attracting, sourcing, hiring, and onboarding top talent while building community partnerships that support our mission and workforce goals.

Based onsite at our Grand Rapids production facility, you'll partner closely with leaders, candidates, employees, and community organizations to develop innovative recruiting strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned programs and service lines
  • Source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates
  • Build talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
  • Extend employment offers and support onboarding activities
  • Attend career fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiatives
  • Develop partnerships with colleges, workforce agencies, community organizations, and referral sources
  • Collaborate with Marketing on recruitment advertising, social media campaigns, and employer branding efforts
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and hiring trends to improve recruitment outcomes
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor to leaders and hiring managers

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office applications
  • 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or workforce development experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities and deadlines

Preferred

  • Bilingual Spanish skills
  • Experience recruiting in manufacturing, production, healthcare, nonprofit, or high-volume environments
  • Knowledge of employment law, workforce planning, and recruiting best practices
