We are seeking an experienced Recruiter III to join our team for a 6-month contract opportunity in Plano, TX.

Position Details:

  • Duration: 6 Months

  • Pay Rate: $38/hour on W2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.

  • Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, job boards, and other channels.

  • Screen and evaluate candidates to assess qualifications and fit.

  • Present qualified candidates and support the interview process.

  • Provide market insights and recruiting best practices to stakeholders.

  • Maintain recruiting reports, candidate documentation, and job descriptions.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
