We are seeking an experienced Recruiter III to join our team for a 6-month contract opportunity in Plano, TX.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, job boards, and other channels.
Screen and evaluate candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
Present qualified candidates and support the interview process.
Provide market insights and recruiting best practices to stakeholders.
Maintain recruiting reports, candidate documentation, and job descriptions.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5–10 years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment.
Strong experience with candidate sourcing and talent acquisition.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, HRIS tools, and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and adaptability.
