We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support our Head of Talent Acquisition with hiring needs during a period of growth. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a high-quality, efficient hiring process. The contract is expected to last 3-6 months, with the potential to extend based on business needs and performance.

About The Role:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from candidate screenings intake to verbal offer for assigned roles
  • Partner with Head of Talent Acquisition and managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Source and engage qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Screen high volume of resumes and conduct phone/video interviews
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate feedback collection
  • Guide candidates through the interview and offer process, ensuring a positive candidate experience, conduct both virtual and onsite interviews
  • Track candidate activity and maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives as needed
  • Meet time-to-fill goals and hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Support Talent Acquisition ad hoc projects as needed

Compensation:

$40-55/hr
