Position Overview:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for high-volume manufacturing and technical operations roles. This position focuses on sourcing and hiring candidates such as manufacturing engineers, quality engineers, technicians, planners, and other manufacturing professionals to support our fast-paced, high-growth production environment.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and operations roles, including manufacturing engineers, quality engineers, technicians, production planners, and other manufacturing support positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, production timelines, and team needs.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, recruiting agencies, and networking events.
  • Screen candidates for technical competency, experience in manufacturing environments, and cultural fit.
  • Facilitate the interview, offer, and onboarding process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Track recruiting metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and meet high-volume hiring targets.
  • Represent ACS at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to attract top manufacturing talent.

What You'll Need:
  • 3-8 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on manufacturing, engineering, or technical operations roles.
  • Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments.
  • Experience recruiting for roles such as manufacturing engineers, quality engineers, technicians, planners, or other production-related positions.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Greenhouse.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Startup experience is a plus.
