Position Summary
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to serve as a strategic talent partner supporting Manufacturing organization. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment while partnering closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and senior leadership to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing and supply chain positions from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to develop effective recruiting and workforce planning strategies.
- Source, attract, and engage top talent using proactive sourcing techniques and multiple recruiting channels.
- Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to identify the best talent.
- Manage requisitions and candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Analyze labor market trends and provide recruiting insights to business leaders.
- Coordinate candidate review meetings and facilitate hiring decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company hiring policies and employment regulations.
- Partner with external recruiting agencies and sourcing partners as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1โ3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
- Experience recruiting for pharmaceutical manufacturing or healthcare manufacturing organizations.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably SuccessFactors.
- Strong sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn, internet recruiting, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking recruiting metrics and reporting.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within pharmaceutical manufacturing or life sciences.
- Manufacturing recruiting experience across operations, engineering, quality, supply chain, or production.
- Experience with workforce planning and headcount forecasting.
- Knowledge of functional interview and assessment methodologies.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and executive-level hiring managers.
- Commercial recruiting experience is a plus.
- Experience using SuccessFactors ATS or comparable applicant tracking systems.
