  • Manage a limited portfolio of recruiting requisitions through the full recruitment lifecycle, with responsibilities flexing based on hiring priorities, team capacity, and evolving business needs.
  • Partner with internal teams to coordinate and support FMI's seasonal internship and campus recruiting initiatives.
  • Administer and promote the employee referral program, identify opportunities to increase employee participation, and monitor referral effectiveness.
  • Track and analyze sourcing effectiveness, pipeline health, referral activity, and candidate conversion metrics to support hiring strategy and workforce planning.
  • Maintain candidate activity within BambooHR, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools while ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Continuously evaluate sourcing strategies, market trends, and best practices to strengthen FMI's ability to attract top talent.
  • Represent FMI's culture, values, and employment brand professionally throughout every candidate interaction.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, communications, psychology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience, with demonstrated success sourcing difficult-to-fill professional positions.
  • Experience supporting recruiting within consulting, professional services, finance, investment banking, or similarly specialized industries.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems such as BambooHR or similar platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong relationship-building, networking, and candidate engagement skills.

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience sourcing or recruiting investment banking talent.
  • Experience managing internship or campus recruiting programs.
