CFS is partnering with a repeat client in Anne Arundel County, MD, a growing environmental/construction company, to hire an in house Bilingual Recruiter, fluent in Spanish, on a contract to hire basis.

Key Responsibilities for the Bilingual Recruiter:
  • Create and post job advertisements on company website and various job boards
  • Source candidates using job boards, databases, referrals, and social media
  • Track applicants, hires, and recruiting metrics
  • Review resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screens
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with department managers
  • Attend or prepare for future job fairs and networking events
  • Draft and extend offer letters
  • Coordinate drug screens and onboarding logistics
  • Support orientation sessions and review and process new hire documents
  • Provide recruitment updates and reports to leadership
  • Other recruiting and HR support duties as assigned

Qualifications for the Bilingual Recruiter:
  • Must be fluent in both Spanish and English (majority of workforce is Spanish‑speaking)
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience
    • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
    • Comfort with high‑volume, hands‑on recruiting. Experience working in a staffing agency and recruiting on a variety of roles a plus!
      • Construction, field, or labor recruiting experience is a plus but not required
  • Basic Excel skills required. Knowledge of CMiC (construction management software) or similar system a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication, follow‑up, and time management skills
  • Proactive, collaborative, and accountable
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm 100% on site in Gambrills, MD
Salary: $55,000-$70,000 depending on experience
