Job description for Bilingual Recruiter:
We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting and day-to-day HR functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities for Bilingual Recruiter:
  • Manage recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes
  • Support HR operations including payroll coordination, benefits, and employee records
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy enforcement
  • Ensure compliance with federal, North Carolina, and OSHA regulations
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and staffing needs
  • Assist with training programs, employee engagement, and HR projects
Qualifications for Bilingual Recruiter:
