Job description

The Springs at Rochester Hills is looking for a detail oriented employee to join our team as Staffing Coordinator & Central Supply Clerk to provide amazing customer service to our staff by providing an appropriate schedule and ensuring inventory par levels are kept. 

Full-time on Day Shift with flexible hours

What you bring to the table:

  • CNA Preferred

  • Staffing/scheduling experience required

  • Excellent organization and coordination skills 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The Staffing Coordinator & Central Supply Clerk is responsible for maintaining the daily posting of nursing staff hours and census, inputting staff vacation requests, scheduling staff according to hiring contracts and creating/posting the schedule on a consistent basis.
