Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the staffing needs of the facility, ensuring that all shifts are covered with qualified personnel to maintain high-quality care for our residents.

Staffing Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
  • Coordinate and manage staffing changes due to call-offs, vacations, or other absences.
