Talent by Friendly Faces Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a motivated, professional, and results-driven Virtual Talent Acquisition & Business Development Coordinator to support recruiting and client prospecting efforts across multiple industries throughout the United States.
This role is ideal for someone with prior recruiting, staffing, sales, or business development experience who is confident making outbound calls, building relationships, sourcing talent, and helping grow a workforce solutions company.

Position Overview
The Virtual Talent Acquisition & Business Development Coordinator will support both recruiting and business development operations by:

Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, social media, referrals, and recruiting platforms
  • Conduct candidate outreach via phone, email, text, and LinkedIn
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in CRM and ATS systems
  • Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process

Business Development & Client Prospecting
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and facilities
  • Identify staffing and recruiting opportunities
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for leadership
  • Build relationships with healthcare organizations, home health agencies, oil & gas companies, and professional businesses
  • Assist with email marketing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Research target companies and decision-makers
