Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a detail oriented and technically proficient HRIS Workday Integration Specialist to manage and enhance our HR systems, with a strong focus on Workday integrations and Exit Management processes.
  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing HR operations, ensuring seamless data flow between systems, and improving the employee offboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
HRIS Management:
  • Maintain and support the HR Information System HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and user access controls.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
Workday Integration WDInt:
  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other internal external systems.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor integration performance and ensure compliance with data security standards.
Exit Management Portal:
  • Own and manage the Exit Management Portal, ensuring a smooth and compliant offboarding process.
  • Automate workflows related to employee separation, including final settlements, exit interviews, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to streamline exit procedures and improve user experience.
Reporting Analytics:
  • Generate and analyze reports related to employee lifecycle, exit trends, and system usage.
  • Provide insights to HR leadership for strategic decision making.
Compliance Documentation:
  • Ensure all HRIS, and integration processes comply with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, integration mappings, and process flows.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3โ€“6 years of experience in HRIS management and Workday integrations.
  • Handson experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, and other integration tools.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, especially offboarding and exit management.
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and change management processes is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations e.g., GDPR, HIPAA.
  • Experience with other HR platforms e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM.
Familiarity with scripting or programming languages used in integrations e.g., XSLT, XML, REST APIs
