People Source Staffing is expanding rapidly in Austin and across multiple U.S. markets — and we’re searching for a high-energy recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing


  • Recruiting CDL Drivers, Skilled Trades, and Light Industrial employees
  • Managing high-volume recruiting activity daily
  • Sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and outbound recruiting
  • Conducting phone screens and interviews
  • Managing onboarding and applicant flow
  • Filling urgent job orders quickly and efficiently
  • Building recruiting pipelines for current and future business
  • Working directly inside AviontĂ© and 10street ATS systems
  • Supporting the rapid growth of our Austin operation and national accounts
