Job description

Diverse Staffing Services is hiring a strong, experienced Staffing Recruiter / Staffing Services Specialist for our Norcross, GA branch. This is not an entry-level recruiting role. We need someone who understands the pace, urgency, and follow-through required in light industrial staffing.


The right person for this role knows how to source candidates, screen applicants, fill open orders, communicate with clients, onboard employees, and keep the recruiting process moving every day. You will be part of a branch team that is expected to fill jobs, support employees, service customers, and achieve measurable results.

What You Will Do

As a Staffing Services Specialist, you will help drive recruiting and fulfillment for our Norcross branch. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates for light industrial positions
  • Fill open client orders quickly and accurately
  • Make daily recruiting calls, texts, and emails to drive applicant flow
  • Match candidates to the right job based on skills, availability, reliability, and client needs
  • Manage drug screens, background checks, orientations, and onboarding steps
  • Communicate with candidates, employees, clients, and internal team members
  • Maintain accurate notes and records in the ATS
  • Support employee relations questions and escalate issues when needed
  • Partner with Client Services Managers to improve service delivery
  • Travel locally to client sites, job fairs, or onboarding events when needed


What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is organized, fast, positive, and accountable. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of staffing, recruiting, HR, or client-facing service experience
  • Experience recruiting for light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or production roles
  • Strong phone skills and the ability to make consistent outbound recruiting contact
  • Excellent communication skills with candidates, employees, and clients
  • Strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced staffing environment
  • Experience using an ATS, Microsoft Office, and online recruiting tools
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
