Brickmont at Johns Creek, a Claiborne Senior Living managed community, is seeking a highly organized and dependable Staffing Coordinator to support clinical staffing operations within our senior living community. This role plays a vital part in ensuring appropriate coverage, budget alignment, and quality service delivery. In senior living, effective staffing directly impacts resident care and team morale.

  • Develop and manage staffing schedules for CNAs, CMAs, and PSAs
  • Ensure appropriate coverage while adhering to budgeted labor hours
  • Participate in on-call rotation as assigned

  • Track training requirements and assist with competency documentation
