Bilingual Recruiter & Staffing Coordinator


Location: Hauppauge, NY

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm


Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Recruiter & Staffing Coordinator to join our Hauppauge, NY office. This role supports our clients’ staffing needs by managing full-cycle recruitment, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring compliance with all company and client requirements. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for roles.
  • Post and manage job ads across multiple recruiting platforms.
  • Conduct interviews and assist with the hiring process.
  • Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and training schedules.
  • Manage employee scheduling and job assignments.
  • Collect and verify employee timesheets for payroll.
  • Partner with payroll to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Maintain accurate reports on staffing metrics and activity.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet client expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and candidates.


Requirements:

  • Able to follow directions and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
