Labor Solutions is now seeking a Bilingual Staffing Coordinator (English & Spanish) to join our organization! Labor Solutions is a proven leader in the staffing industry, providing individuals with temporary and temp-to-hire jobs. This is a critical position, as the recruiter will be responsible for working closely with the staffing team in provide great service and ensure client requests are met. Starting Pay: $17-18/hr.

Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist applicants throughout the application and hiring process in the HR Center.
  • Professionally answer and direct incoming phone calls in a busy work environment.
  • Greet candidates and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
  • Accurately complete new-hire paperwork and required employee documentation.
  • Upload and maintain employee documents and profiles in TempWorks.
  • Recruit qualified candidates to meet client staffing needs.
  • Work closely with clients to understand staffing orders and ensure positions are filled completely and accurately.
  • Follow established procedures, client-specific guidelines, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and organized employee and applicant records.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, employees, clients, and team members.
  • Multitask and prioritize responsibilities while working efficiently under pressure.
  • Work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with availability to work Saturdays as needed.
