Job description

Job Description We're looking for a true hunter-a driven, competitive Account Executive who thrives on opening doors, creating opportunities from scratch, and winning new business. This role is not about maintaining accounts that fall into your lap. It's about prospecting, pitching, closing, and building revenue in a fast-paced staffing environment.

If you're energized by cold outreach, motivated by targets, and confident closing deals in the IT and professional services staffing space, this role was built for you. You'll own the full sales cycle-from lead generation to close-while partnering closely with our recruiting team to deliver high-impact staffing solutions to new and existing clients. What You'll Do Hunt for New Business Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.

Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with a strong emphasis on net-new client acquisition. Identify expansion opportunities within existing clients, but with a primary focus on growth. Own the Sales Cycle Lead discovery conversations, uncover client pain points, and position Elevate's staffing solutions as the answer.

Confidently handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and pipeline targets. Build Strategic Client Relationships Establish trusted partnerships with decision-makers and hiring leaders.

Maintain strong relationships that drive repeat business and long-term value. Collaborate to Win Work hand-in-hand with the recruiting team to ensure speed, quality, and alignment on client needs. Translate client requirements into actionable recruiting strategies.

Stay Sharp & Organized Track all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline data accurately in ATS/CRM systems. Stay current on staffing trends, market conditions, and competitive insights to sharpen your pitch. Account Executive What You Bring Sales Competencies Proven hunter mindset with experience generating leads, building pipelines, and closing deals.

Strong negotiation skills and confidence closing live on sales calls. End-to-end sales process ownership, including forecasting and pipeline management. Experience & Skills Minimum 5 years of sales experience (IT and/or professional services preferred).

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-starter who thrives in a remote, performance-driven environment. Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft 365.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
