We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our team! This is an entry level position.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts
  • Assist with scheduling and doing follow-ups
  • Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations
  • Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
  • Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants
  • Providing appropriate staffing updates to clients
  • Ability to find fill-in staff for call outs

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Home Care Staffing
