About the Role

Talent Acquisition is the core strategic driver of iCapital success. The Talent Acquisition Contractor will assist the current team with all aspects of hiring and this role offers the opportunity to be part of an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support the senior recruiters to fill roles across various departments; review and source resumes, screen and qualify candidates to recommend to hiring managers.
  • Contribute to a strong candidate pipeline with creative postings and sourcing strategies.
  • Manage candidates through various stages in our ATS (Greenhouse) ensuring accurate data.
  • Assist with on-going projects that support the overall mission of the HR team (i.e. diversity, candidate experience, employee engagement, etc.).
  • Stay current and informed on industry recruiting trends to discern skillset of top candidates.
  • Provide a white glove recruiting experience to prospective candidates.
Qualifications
  • 2-5+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience, exposure to the financial services and/or fintech industry is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience to effectively assess a candidates resume and conduct screening calls before introducing profiles to the lead recruiter
  • Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
Benefits

The hourly range for this role is $35.00 to $50.00 per hour.

We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
