Are you passionate about recruiting top talent? We are seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team within the Center of Excellence. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring exceptional technical talent to drive innovation and success in our manufacturing industry. This contract position involves providing strategic talent acquisition solutions, proactive pipelining for future needs, and collaborating effectively with leadership at all levels of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on talent acquisition processes, controls, and policies.

  • Source and pipeline qualified candidates through diverse channels.

  • Evaluate, interview, and present qualified engineering candidates to hiring managers, and solicit timely feedback to refine talent acquisition strategies.

  • Partner with senior management, HR Leads, HR Business Partners, and colleagues to anticipate upcoming hiring needs and strategize effective talent pipelines.

  • Proactively share innovative solutions to add value, anticipate needs, and streamline the recruitment process for technical/non-technical roles.

Stakeholder Interaction

  • Demonstrate expert understanding of talent acquisition needs by participating in meetings, becoming aware of changes within the business, and acting as a subject matter expert for areas of talent acquisition responsibility.

  • Provide a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout the talent acquisition process; share manager feedback and appropriately disposition all candidates.

  • Educate candidates on the career growth potential, benefits, compensation philosophy, and many advantages of employment, selling Regal Rexnord and the opportunity.

Compensation and Diversity

  • Conduct appropriate compensation expectation conversations with hiring managers, human resources, and candidates to ensure closure of offers.

  • Understand organizational diversity goals and provide education to hiring managers to ensure and present a diverse candidate slate.

Process Improvement and Market Data

  • Provide meaningful market data in support of client needs.

  • Utilize the complete functionality of our ATS (Workday) and maintain data integrity and controls.

  • Utilize and become an expert in the sourcing tools available to you.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 2+ years of recruitment experience.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge, and multiple deadlines and priorities, with high attention to detail.

  • Possess a controls mindset; understand employment laws and regulations.

  • Knowledge of employment laws, Affirmative Action, and OFCCP Compliance Regulations preferred.

  • Superior multitasking, project management, and presentation skills coupled with business acumen.

  • Prior experience handling sensitive and confidential information.

  • Ability to tell a story with data and metrics.

  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritize.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years preferred in talent acquisition, ideally within a global manufacturing or industrial environment.
