Wynalda Packaging, formed in 1970, is an industry-leading folding carton manufacturer serving global leaders across a wide range of industries. We are looking to add an organized shipping coordinator to our 2nd shift.

Shipping Coordinator Responsibilities:

– Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve any complaints.

– Prepare shipping quotes for customers.

– Negotiate shipping fees with couriers.

– Accurately prepare shipping documentation following customer-specific shipping requirements.

– Keep a meticulous record of shipment information.

– Work with members of the shipping team to see that all requests are handled promptly, and goods are shipped on time and/or stored properly.

– Assist with general Shipping Clerk job functions

Shipping Coordinator Requirements:

– Excellent communication skills.

– Experience using a forklift is strongly preferred

– Computer literacy skills

– Flexible work hours.(Ability to stay late if needed for a truck)

– Excellent time management skills.

– Ability to multitask.

– Ability to work well in a face-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics
