Wynalda Packaging, formed in 1970, is an industry-leading folding carton manufacturer serving global leaders across a wide range of industries. Our family owned company is committed to the success of our employees and provide opportunities for advancement within the company to employees who are eager to grow.

We are looking to add an organized shipping coordinator to our 2nd shift.

Shipping Coordinator Responsibilities:

– Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve any complaints.

– Prepare shipping quotes for customers.

– Negotiate shipping fees with couriers.

– Accurately prepare shipping documentation following customer-specific shipping requirements.

– Keep a meticulous record of shipment information.

– Work with members of the shipping team to see that all requests are handled promptly, and goods are shipped on time and/or stored properly.

– Assist with general Shipping Clerk job functions

Shipping Coordinator Requirements:

– Excellent communication skills.

– Experience using a forklift is strongly preferred

– Computer literacy skills

– Flexible work hours.(Ability to stay late if needed for a truck)

– Excellent time management skills.

– Ability to multitask.

– Ability to work well in a face-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics
