Job Summary

Wicked Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a detail oriented Shipping Coordinator to support a growing food production company in Chelsea, MA. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely shipment of products while maintaining a safe and efficient shipping environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in shipping operations, forklift operation, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, verify, and process outgoing shipments accurately
  • Load and unload trucks using a forklift and other material-handling equipment
  • Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and staging of shipments
  • Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to meet shipping deadlines
  • Enter and maintain shipping data using NetSuite
  • Inspect shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance with company standards
