Shipping Helper

We are seeking reliable Shipping Helpers to support outbound operations in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. This role is responsible for organizing, staging, and preparing packaged products for shipment to various delivery locations. Shipping Helpers play a critical role in ensuring orders are accurate, properly labeled, and ready for timely loading onto delivery trucks. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on, active work in a team-oriented setting.

Shift Schedule

1st Shift: Monday Friday | 8: 00 AM 4: 00 PM

2nd Shift: Monday Friday | 4: 00 PM 12: 00 AM

3rd Shift: Sunday Thursday | 12: 00 AM 8: 00 AM

Key Responsibilities

Load packaged products into stackable plastic totes for outbound shipment.

Organize and stage totes in designated packout areas based on shipping destination and order details.

Apply barcode labels to completed stacks to ensure accurate tracking and shipment processing.

Stage completed orders for loading onto delivery trucks in an organized and timely manner.

Move stacked totes using dollies and pallet jacks as needed.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within all shipping areas.

Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures consistently.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, stack, and move totes that may be stacked above head height.

Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Comfortable working in a physically active warehouse and shipping environment.

Qualifications

Previous shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.

Ability to read and verify labels and barcodes accurately.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Work Environment

Fast-paced manufacturing or distribution facility with frequent material movement.
