Lead Shipping & Receiving – Now Hiring

Fresno, CA
Pay Rate: $18–$20/hr
1st & 2nd Shift Available

PayCruit is currently hiring for a Lead Shipping & Receiving position. We are looking for dependable candidates with warehouse leadership experience who can help oversee daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations in a fast-paced environment.


Job Duties:

  • Lead daily shipping & receiving activities
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Verify product counts, paperwork, and inventory accuracy
  • Operate forklift and pallet jack safely
  • Load, unload, stage, and organize materials
  • Assist with team coordination and workflow
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas
  • Follow all company safety procedures


Requirements:

  • Previous shipping & receiving experience required
  • Leadership or lead experience preferred
  • Forklift experience required
  • Basic computer and inventory system knowledge preferred
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shift
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Weekends and overtime as needed
