Reports To: Warehouse Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Shift: 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:30 am - 5 pm

Pay: $20 per hour

About the Role: As a Shipping Associate at our Panama City, FL facility, you'll play a hands-on role supporting our outbound shipping operations. You'll load and stage outgoing freight, operate a forklift, and help keep the shipping area moving safely and efficiently. If you're reliable, safety-minded, and ready to be part of a team that gets the job done right, this role is a great fit.

What You'll Do:

  • Load, unload, and stage outbound freight using a forklift and other material handling equipment
  • Pull and verify orders against pick tickets to confirm items and quantities are correct
  • Safely operate a forklift to move product throughout the shipping area
  • Assist with basic shipping paperwork and documentation as directed
  • Inspect outgoing product and packaging for damage or defects
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free shipping area
  • Communicate with teammates and shipping leads to keep orders moving on schedule
  • Support the Shipping Specialist and Warehouse Manager with day-to-day shipping tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

What You'll Need:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year basic warehouse experience preferred
  • Forklift experience required (certification provided on-site if needed)
  • Basic reading and writing skills
  • Understanding of standard shipping procedures, freight terminology, and documentation requirements a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with shipping software or ERP systems a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, sit, crouch, and kneel throughout the shift
  • Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset
  • Willingness to undergo background check, drug test, and physical

  • Lifting: Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Environment: Work in a facility with loud noise, extreme temperatures, and environmental stressors.
