Responsibilities
  • Assist with staging and preparing products for shipment
  • Move materials and finished goods within the department
  • Support loading activities under the direction of Shipping Leads or Shipping II team members
  • Perform basic scanning and verification tasks
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Assist with restaging, sorting, and inventory accuracy tasks
  • Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and warehouse procedures
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
  • Perform bending, reaching, stooping, twisting, and general material handling
  • Learn MITER Brands shipping processes with the goal of developing toward Shipping II responsibilities

Physical Requirements
  • Frequent standing, walking, and moving throughout the warehouse
  • Repetitive lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and participate in team lifts as needed
  • Bending, stooping, reaching, and twisting
