About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Handler to join a fast-paced aviation distribution operation. In this role, you will be responsible for packaging, documenting, and coordinating domestic and international shipments while ensuring all products are shipped accurately, securely, and in compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards.
  • Ensure products are properly packed to prevent shipping damage.
  • Prepare shipping documents, air waybills, and carrier labels.
  • Schedule carrier pickups and verify shipment documentation.
  • Upload shipping records into the company system.
  • Coordinate with the Pre-Ship team to resolve shipping issues.
  • Support general shipping and warehouse operations as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience with domestic and international shipping is a must
  • Experience using FedEx, UPS, DHL, or similar shipping systems.
  • Familiarity with inventory software, ShipStation, and Microsoft Office is a must.
  • Ability to lift light to moderate weight.
  • HazMat certification is a plus.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirement
  • Steel-toe shoes are required.
