Job description

EHC is currently looking for an Entry Level Shipping Coordinator for a client in the West Chester, OH area.

Job Description:

Provides general Warehouse support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. This position is primarily responsible for making sure customer orders are completed in all phases, correct, and shipped on time to meet deadline. This position entails facilitating and expediting customer orders from receipt through shipment.

Expected Hours of Work:

  • This position will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Essential Functions:

  • Reviews and organizes all shipping orders, including domestic and export
  • Assists with updating and managing repack/repackaging schedules
  • Able to utilize shipping inventory and various office software programs
  • Assist with in-house shipping and all logistic related order issues
  • Maintain consistent communications between shipping and sales departments
  • Able to work flexible hours, overtime and weekends if needed
  • Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
  • Other duties as assigned by manager
