Entry Level Production Associate - First Shift
Wyrmwood is hiring for skilled and entry-level production workers to join our growing team. Work as part of a production team to produce a new, innovative product that has allowed our team to enjoy exciting growth during this challenging year. You will receive on-the-job training to learn how to operate woodworking equipment as part of an assembly line. As you grow with the company, you will have the opportunity to be cross-trained across other departments to learn how to operate CNC equipment, apply finish, furniture assembly, packaging & shipping. And for those who love craftsmanship, you can also move on to build heirloom-quality fine furniture for bedrooms, living rooms, and dining rooms.
Wyrmwood has worked for exciting clients such as Harvard University, NBC Universal Studios, and Trump Palace.

Our ideal teammate has an eye for detail and a passion for quality.
  • Team Oriented: Humble enough to admit mistakes. Drive to do high-quality work. Good people skills.
  • Active: As our order backlog increases and we ramp up production - we will be hustling to get a quality product in the hands of our customers. This position involves being on your feet, lifting up to 75 lbs, and working in an active role as part of our production team.
  • Efficient: We take a Lean Manufacturing approach and look for a production associate who continuously asks - "How can we do this better?"
  • Positive: Brings a "Can Do" attitude and willingness to be flexible and work where needed most.
