Job Overview
AMMON Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of warehouse activities at a logistics facility supporting a chemical manufacturing client. This role focuses on execution, compliance, and on-site oversight to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent warehouse operations. The position does not carry full terminal management, budgeting, or P&L responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, staffing, and workflow execution
- Serve as on-site point of contact for warehouse activity and escalation
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, SOPs, and client requirements
- Monitor inbound and outbound material movement for accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate operational updates to internal leadership and client contacts
- Support continuity of operations across shifts and schedules
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and basic operational metrics
- Identify operational issues and escalate as appropriate
Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Supervisory or lead experience in a warehouse, terminal, or distribution environment
- Familiarity with safety-driven environments (chemical, industrial, manufacturing preferred)
