FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to support outbound logistics and warehouse shipping operations at our facility in Mount Pleasant, WI. This position is responsible for coordinating daily outbound shipments, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and on time, and maintaining effective communication throughout the shipping process.

The Shipping Coordinator will serve as a key point of coordination between outbound warehouse operations, customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipping issues, maintain accurate documentation, and support the efficient movement of customer orders from fulfillment through delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily outbound shipments and ensure customer orders are scheduled and processed according to established requirements and deadlines.
  • Communicate closely with outbound warehouse operations regarding order priorities, shipment status, loading schedules, carrier pickups, and operational issues.
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, order changes, delays, and other shipping-related inquiries.
  • Monitor outbound shipments and proactively identify and communicate potential delays, exceptions, or service issues.
  • Coordinate with carriers and freight providers to schedule pickups, confirm transportation arrangements, and obtain delivery information.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, shipping labels, and other required paperwork.
  • Verify shipping information, quantities, delivery addresses, customer requirements, and documentation for accuracy prior to shipment.
  • Track and update shipment information within applicable ERP, transportation management, warehouse management, and shipping systems.
  • Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies involving shortages, damages, incorrect quantities, delays, documentation, and other transportation issues.
  • Escalate urgent, unresolved, or recurring shipping issues to management and appropriate cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, customer communications, carrier information, and delivery status.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Warehouse, Sales, and other departments to support customer requirements and delivery expectations.
  • Provide timely follow-up on outstanding shipments and shipping-related issues through resolution.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve shipping accuracy, efficiency, communication, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to outbound logistics, shipping processes, and material flow.
  • Perform other shipping, warehouse, and logistics duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in shipping, logistics, transportation, customer service, warehouse operations, or a related environment preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, carriers, warehouse personnel, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to accurately review shipping documentation, quantities, addresses, and customer requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving, follow-up, and issue-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and effectively utilize ERP, warehouse management, transportation management, and shipping systems.
  • Ability to maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of shipping issues and drive them through resolution.
  • Strong customer service orientation with an emphasis on timely and accurate communication.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.
  • Experience within a manufacturing, electronics, PCBA, or high-volume warehouse environment preferred.
