DHL Express is seeking a Stockroom Supervisor - Aviation to join our Miami Hub team.
Reporting to the Regional Aviation Inventory Manager, the Stockroom Supervisor is responsible for
overseeing daily aviation stockroom operations, including inventory control, receiving, storage,
issuance, and shipment of aircraft parts, materials, and tooling. This role ensures inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and the timely availability
of materials required to support safe and reliable flight operations. The position also supervises
stockroom personnel and supports operational excellence through effective inventory management
and process control.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily stockroom activities, including receiving, storing, issuing, transferring, and
  shipping aircraft parts and materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all transactions are properly documented.
Coordinate receipt and shipment of Company Material (COMAT).
Monitor inventory levels and support cycle counts and physical inventories.
Ensure compliance with company inventory control procedures, aviation regulations, and
  Quality Control requirements.
Maintain aircraft parts documentation, tooling calibration records, and material expiration
  tracking.
Support Quality Control audits and regulatory inspections.
Coordinate timely issuance of parts, tools, and materials to Maintenance operations.
Supervise, coach, and develop stockroom personnel.
Prepare work schedules, manage staffing requirements, and approve overtime.
Generate inventory and compliance reports for management and Quality Control.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management processes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate employees.
