We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Bilingual Recruiter with a passion for talent acquisition to join our team in Atlanta, GA
Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment for various operational positions.
Posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and presenting qualified profiles.
Coordinating the hiring and onboarding processes.
Supporting employee integration and assisting with related HR matters.
Being available on call during weekends for urgent staffing needs.
Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish and English).
Proven experience in recruitment.
Full-time availability.
Reliable transportation (must have own vehicle).
Organized, communicative, proactive, and solution-oriented.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday – Full-time.
Weekend on call availability (as needed).
Base Salary:
$3,500 - $4,000 per month
