H6 Logistics is Hiring an HR / Recruiting Coordinator!

H6 Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is looking for an organized, motivated, and people-focused Human Resources / Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne, FL. This role plays a key part in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting delivery associates and operational staff in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Location: [3700 Sarno Rd. Melbourne, FL 32934]

Pay: [$23 per hour]

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruit, screen, and schedule interviews for delivery drivers and support staff
  • Manage onboarding and new hire paperwork
  • Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation
  • Coordinate orientation, on site hiring evening and training schedules
  • Communicate with applicants and employees professionally and promptly
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Assist management with staffing needs and workforce planning
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information
  • Assist with dispatch as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
