Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator and will play a key role in supporting our recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and updates.
  • Assist in screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
  • Support recruitment events and job fairs as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases. Currently using Paycor Recruiting
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws is a plus.
  • 2-5 years working in HR with recruitment comfort
Education
Associateโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
