You develop and implement recruitment strategies designed to find an appropriate number of candidates from which to choose. You work with a variety of sources such as colleges, universities, and your own network of professional contacts to find potential candidates. Your duties include working closely with other members of the organization to ensure that they are continually recruiting for the right positions. You also work with a number of outlets to advertise open positions to reach the best candidates.
