HUMAN RESOURCES RECRUITING INTERN

Job Overview: Our highly competitive internship program provides candidates with the opportunity to gain the best hands-on experience that banking has to offer. Fidelity Bank offers real-world opportunities to work in the Human Resources department. The paid internship program will be completed over a 16-week period beginning August to December 2026, scheduled to work up to 35 hours per week.

The candidate for this position will be responsible for:

  • Performing as part of the HR Recruiting Team (career fairs, hiring events, career days)
  • Performing hiring duties as assigned by the HR Talent Manager and HR Talent Recruiter
  • Assisting with internship program administration
  • Completing assigned daily tasks and assisting HR managers with research projects as needed
  • Providing support to the entire department in order to increase efficiencies in the area.
  • Attending professional development training/shadowing opportunities throughout the bank.

Requirements for the position:

  • A high school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, or business-related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Accuracy and strong organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to prioritize projects and duties
  • A high level of professionalism
