Job description

We are looking for a Human Resources Recruiter to join a fast-paced team on a Contract to Permanent basis. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys managing a high volume of healthcare recruiting activity while keeping the hiring process organized and responsive. You will play a key part in attracting talent, coordinating candidate movement through the process, and supporting hiring operations with strong attention to detail and communication.
Responsibilities:
• Source and engage candidates with experience in healthcare-related openings through proactive recruiting efforts and outreach.
• Coordinate interviews, guide candidates through each hiring stage, and help maintain a smooth and timely recruitment experience.
• Complete candidate registrations, prepare employment offers, and assist with credentialing steps required for onboarding.
• Track recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system and help maintain accurate records, reports, and job postings.
• Support weekly recruitment targets by managing requisition activity and prioritizing tasks to meet performance expectations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external contacts to address recruiting needs, answer questions, and provide administrative support.
• Build and maintain a reliable pipeline of potential candidates to support ongoing and future staffing needs.
• Contribute to special projects and day-to-day HR recruiting operations as assigned.• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources support, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Exposure to healthcare recruiting or staffing is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage candidate information and hiring activity.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
