We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition network. This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for self-starters who excel at connecting great candidates with top employers. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely, manage your own schedule, and earn uncapped commissions based on successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and offer negotiations.

  • Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand role requirements and business needs.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other creative sourcing methods.

  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure an exceptional experience.

  • Meet or exceed monthly placement goals to maximize commission earnings.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new client opportunities and expand the company's talent network.
