What Does an Entry-Level Recruiter Do?

The responsibilities of an entry-level recruiter revolve around finding qualified potential job candidates for a company. You may look through resumes or online job profiles, visit career fairs, or find out about standout job seekers through a network of contacts in universities or professional groups.
