Job description

Join Upstream's Recruiting Team!
Talent Acquisition Partner
Location Type: Remote (Must Reside in the US)
Build Your Career with Us!
Upstream Rehabilitation is the country's largest dedicated provider of outpatient physical and occupational therapy services. Our mission is to inspire and empower the lives we touch, to serve our communities, and to lead with purpose-driven passion.
We are committed to delivering remarkable experiences and fostering an inclusive workplace where differences are valued and celebrated. With 1,200+ locations nationwide, 26 brand partners, and 8,000+ employees, Upstream operates at scale while leveraging data, technology, and innovation to drive smarter decisions and operational excellence across the organization.
The Role:
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. Depending on your experience, this position may be hired at either the Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, Talent Acquisition Partner or Senior Talent Acquisition Partner level.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume, non-clinical positions (e.g., Patient Care Coordinators and Technicians), supporting rapid hiring needs across multiple locations while ensuring our clinicians and patients are supported by fully staffed, high-performing teams. You will partner with leaders to understand hiring needs, design sourcing strategies, and ensure every candidate has a positive and engaging experience. For more experienced recruiters, there's the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, tackle hard-to-fill searches, and mentor others on the team.
Whether you're an experienced recruiter ready to take the next step or a seasoned professional looking for a strategic, high-impact role, this is your opportunity to make a difference.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, with an emphasis on hiring non-clinical and high-volume roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to align on hiring needs, timelines, and strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through sourcing methods such as job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Provide clear, timely, and consistent communication to candidates and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Leverage data and market insights to inform hiring decisions and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance scalability, efficiency, and candidate engagement.
  • For more senior hires: take the lead on complex searches, influence decision-making at the leadership level, and mentor fellow team members.

Who You Are:
  • 1+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment tools (Greenhouse experience a plus).
  • Strong critical thinking and sound judgement, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make effective decisions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Why You'll Love Working Here
  • The chance to directly shape our organization's growth by hiring the talent that drives our mission.
  • Opportunities to stretch your skills-whether you're building pipelines, designing sourcing strategies, or advising leadership.
  • A collaborative team environment where your ideas are valued.
  • Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing professional development.

Benefit Offerings:
  • Bonus eligible
  • 100% employer paid medical health insurance premium option available
  • Dental and Vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Generous PTO and paid holidays
  • Supportive team and leadership invested in your success
